NeonCLICK ® is a new and revolutionary line of low -voltage neon products. NeonCLICK ® incorporates up to 10 patented technologies such as flowing function and electrodes-free tubing in its range of products, below is a brief summary of its advantages:

Improved Design Technology

*Most NeonCLICK ® products do not require electrodes as needed by traditional high voltage neon, allowing more room for design.

*Additional design functions such as flowing, blinking and voice control are available upon request.

*While traditional neon uses tubes with diameters of 8mm at minimum, NeonCLICK ®  

glass tube diameters can be as small as 1.8 ~ 3.0 mm.

*The flowing direction is not limited from one end to another but also from the center to the ends and the ends to the center.

 All with electrodes free technology.

Economical

*The glowing of these NeonCLICK tubes is caused by electric magnetic fields within the tube rather than electrodes, hence our neon consumes only 5 watt per meter (neon), averaging of around 10 to 30 watt per sign. This is equivalent to approximately thirty percent of traditional high voltage neon. Thus saving 70% energy cost.

*All circuit of our neon tube are connected using parallel technology, hence when one tube/letter in  your sign fails to light, it is possible to replace a single letter instead of the entire sign.

*With parallel technology, additional functions such as flowing/blinking can be incorporated with only 1 transformer, hence minimizing the cost of the sign.

*The expected life of a continuous working sign can last at least 10,000 hours.

*Due to our electrode-free technology, our glass tubes have a life span of at least 1200 days.

Safer

*For customized design, optional input voltage from 12V, 24V, 36V, 110V and 220V are available upon request.

*NeonCLICK ® product also uses analog human protection circuits. Hence if input voltage exceeds the preset  voltage,

electricity will be shut off automatically.

*Each NeonCLICK ® letter is fitted to a sturdy plastic housing with all electronic components safely tucked away.

*Materials used for our letter housings are both electric and fire resistant for added safety. (ABS and PVC both rated V0 by USFA).

*Neon reaches a maximum temperature of 37 Celsius making the signs perfectly touchable.

*With the glass tubes mounted on a cabinet, chance of experiencing broken glass is significantly reduced.

*All transformers are UL approved.

*NeonCLICK ® package is designed to suit long-haul transportation.

Environmental

*Tungsten glasses are used instead of lead glass, minimizing pollution problem.

*Electrode free tubing also helps to prevent the wearing out of glass tubes, hence minimizing the chance of mercury leakage.

*The internal control and circuit are noiseless with non -pollution and low interferences.

User Friendly

*With brackets fitted to each side of the letter housing, or by means of predrilled holes,

NeonCLICK ® signs and Logos can be hung or placed anywhere.

*All our products come with easy DIY installation and maintenance instructions, plus a 1 year limited warranty. You may use up to 22 Letters and/or symbols/punctuation with each Power Supply.
